New owner checking in!
Hello everyone,
Retired adventure bike rider here, due to head on collision! I have been lurking on the forum for a while trying to decide if I wanted to get one of these and finally pulled the trigger. I picked up a 2016 F3-S SM6 overstock model with the silver with orange frame. Hope to take deliver sometime this week (Cleveland, Oh). Just wanted to say Hi and get recommendation on the first farkles I should be adding. I want lots of lights up front for visibility. Any riders in the North East Ohio area that do group rides? Nice to meet you all and can't wait to really dig into the forum.

Welcome
Welcome to the fun. You will really enjoy the ride and the Farkles. The first thing I did was go thru the do's and don'ts, it is real helpful and makes the transition much easier. Before you add to much get some time in and than make your wish list. This is a great place to get the info you need but I will warn you there are a lot of great ideas that will keep you wanting more. Congrats again.

Yes I agree with blueknight911. Get some good seat time in. Then see what goodies you really need to make the new ride what you want it to be. Bling is a good thing. And welcome to the family. Enjoy the ride.

Welcome from the North East
Welcome from Pittsburgh, PA.
Quite a few riders over here.
Read the Do's and Do Not's and get some road
miles on the machine.
Safety farkles first...

Welcome welcome....
To both the spyder world and this most informative site. congrats on your purchase you will have fun with this whole new world of ryding. Agree with the rest on getting some mile before you start that never ending frarkel experience... but it is mostly a three step process...1. safety, 2. comfort and performance, 3. sparkles....and you will find it all here.

Absolutely BEST lights as well as BEST customer service is to deal with Reggy and Cindy of TricLED.com They are a site sponsor. You won't regret their product or service. Enjoy the new ryde. F3's are "da bomb", IMHO>>>>

That would be my first suggestion as well, protection for the Byke, visibility for you all in one purchase, easy install too.
I am in Canton only a hop from you. If you purchased in Cleveland then you got it at the newest Johnny K location. Some say they are high priced, but I find them to be honest, knowledgeable and helpful, a pretty good combination for a dealership.
Need something let me know. Ohio Spyder Ryders is now officially dead, the owners decided to take thier ball and go home, so other than looking at the state directory here, good luck.
