And, these parts are instead of the other belt tensioners that are on the market.
If I'm not understanding this right someone please re-explain before I spend $80 on parts.
Thanks, Dale
Yes that is everything you need. If you have been suffering with the dreaded vibration between 65 and 70 you will be pleasantly surprised! Install is very easy and straightforward. Doc also simulated a catastophic failure of the rear suspension and it still clears the gas tank which is why BRP said not to use it on the RT. I have almost 1000 miles on mine and have all been vibration and trouble free miles.

Parts are ordered! Looking forward to smoother operation.
I watched the video and I've never removed those side panels before. Looking forward to learning.

Both items are about $35.00, but Pit Bull Powersports stated that they have 40 of them on order and it seems most dealers are sold out of them right now but have them on order. Doc Humphrey also has a good installation video on his web site.

Just ordered mine tonight. I got the Idler from Florida Power Sports via Amazon and the bracket and bolt kit from Doc Humphrey. Hope I get them before the end of the year 2016.

I got my adapter kit today. The tensioner assembly is en route, so I'll install it when it gets here.

2011 RT?
Will this combo work for the 2011RT?

I would suggest that you contact Doc Humphreys, he is the one who made the kit. I know he has been trying the kit on different years and models, so he would be able to give you the best answer.
How old would you be if you didn't know how old you were?

Wow, they have went into back order again? I would check with Pitbull Powersports if that's the case.

Once us RT owners found out that they could be adapted to our bikes; BRP was never going to be able to keep up with the demand...

I ordered my Idler Pulley from partshark.com and RT BELT VIBRATION DAMPER KIT from Doc Humphreys.
Now we wait.

You have to be a bit careful and understanding when ordering online. When I found that other dealers were out of stock, I looked for and found an ad for a different online Can Am dealer. I went through the process of ordering from this parts outlet. I waited 14 days or so and when I didn't get the tracking or the package, I contacted the dealer. The person I talked to today, was very inquisitive and helpful about the sale because while they handle CanAm offroad and SkiDoo lines, they do not handle/service the Spyder line.
They are refunding my purchase, but like other areas of my life, I am just another 14 days behind....lol.

Sorry I had to get out of the office for a bit.
I have found that Powersportswarehouse has had the best prices on all factory parts. Their shipping is very quick also. I used them to replace frunk panel and a few other parts when I got back ito last year.
I tried several times and ways, but this part was not listed in their database, nor shown on their schematics.

My click to Florida Power Sports and a subsequent search of Amazon, shows them unavailable at this time. I just ordered one from my local dealer. He shows them back ordered to Jan 27 (whereas originally they were back ordered only until December 27th....)
Thankfully, as a Minnesotan, I will still get mine way before my riding season.

Just talked to Pitbull Powersports at 418-863-1418 and they still have several of the BRP kits available.
