Hi-ho, Ranlo! Hickory here!
Ok, I have a 2016 F3, and get vibes between 65-70; I've been told it's 'harmonic resonance' with the belt at that speed. It's a bit annoying.
As for help, maybe you could call your local dealer and discuss it with them. Could be an issue; maybe not. OR...you can come to the SpyderAdventures rally in Maggie Valley Oct. 6-9. We will have a lot of Spyderfolk who will be glad to offer advice, look at your ride, etc., and we will have vendors who may have a solution for you. We will have a dealer there, as well as a laser alignment specialist, and other experts. Come on up; it's free. If nothing else, you can learn a lot about your new ride.

Will check my work schedule. Possible. Thank you.

If you can't come for the whole thing, it's not too long of a ride just for a day trip

Installation of idler pulley on F3
Having just done this, here is how I did it following the instructions: ROADSTER KIT - F3 Idler Pulley_000131419_INS61Y016S88 available from www.instructions.brp.com.
Remove side panel (left - drive side) by removing four screws, three pop fasteners. Remove passenger seat with key, then remove primary seat (two bolts on rear). Remove left rear side panel (two pop up fasteners, slide up and forward).
Remove two bolts as instructions above, then install idler pulley, inserting the forward most bolt first, pressing down the bracket so as to release tension from the bolt. Install rear bolt, making certain clearance specified on instructions is followed. I like to use Loctite on the bolts, blue should be adequate. Torque bolts to 16 N-m or 12 lb-ft of torque. This is not very much for the size of the bolts, but is what they specify.
Replace panels in reverse order of removal and you should be good to go.
Road Test: This seems to eliminate any vibrations previously observed near the 65 - 75 mph (105 - 120 kph) range. Also, no vibrations occurred up to 100 mph (160 kph) on test.
Easy as pie, but requires the correct tools and at least some mechanical knowledge.

The installation of the belt tensioner is a bit different on the RT than on the F3. Doc Humphreys hs come out with a mounting kit to do just that and it seems to work better on the RT than on the F3. You can get the tensioner (idler pulley) from your dealer, or Pit Bull Power Sports (they have them in stock), and Doc Humphreys has the adaper kits in stock. He also has an installation video available on Face Book.

How old would you be if you didn't know how old you were?

You don't say where your dealer is and it is definitely worth a warranty check. You are fairly close to Matthews Fun Machines. I did not purchase my Spyder there but they have done two maintenance jobs for me and work was complete, thorough, fast and reasonably priced. You also say the belt is correctly aligned but what about the belt tension? It could be too tight or perhaps not tight enough.
