Default F3 T and F3 L rear air ride question

I have adjusted my rear schrader valve to 40 lbs for the rear suspension.

Please comment on your pressure and reasoning.

Hi Joe - just had mine checked when I took the bike in for its 3000 mile oil change and have it currently set at 20#. Love the air shocks on this F3! (vs the stock shock on the base F3!)

I just adjusted mine down to 30, still trying to find the right spot.

Don't be afraid to go higher.

Also, you'll need to check it at least every other week. It has a tendency to lose air.
