The couple that sweats together...
My wife is grumbling about the sweat patch that's forming between us, my lower back and her belly, when we're riding together.
I think it's just something we have to live with, she thinks there's a solution.
Any thoughts? Any solutions?

either only ride in the cool weather, or leave the wife home. sorry but i had to say it

Perhaps some of Baker's Air-Wings would pull some more air in closer around you both???

Let's see....
Have her wear a cooling vest...will keep you both cool and explain the wetness....

I thought about a cooling vest but if the air isn't getting in their now, the cooling vest will just be more wet.

Yeah... She's not interested in her own. At least... no yet.

Ask her to lose some weight. I'll bet one way or another, that solves that problem. May cause other problems, but hey ...

Nice material to ponder. Now, do I want another cup of coffee, or a cold shower?

It HAS been proven that women who need to lose even a couple of pounds; have a longer life expectancy than the guys who mention it to them...

This is the best solution.
Don't mention her weight if you want to stay married. She may get the Spyder in the settlement (if she's smart)!

Camelback
Get one of those Camelback water pouches, fill it with crushed Ice Water, have her wear it in the front between you. Have her drink to stay hydrated and refill it every 50 miles when she has to pee.

Hi Belrix,
Re: Any thoughts? Any solutions?
Now that you have the jokes over with; I work with industrical fabrics.
There is a product called Spacer:
http://www.gehring-tricot.com/d-3-spacer-fabric.php
It is not cheap, not easy to find & it is hard to work with. However, it is like having air in between you.
If you can find someone to make you a 'whatever' to wear on your back ( think a vest type of thing ) then it would let air in between the two of you.
I have some but really do not like working with it.
Just my old $0.02 on this,
Jerry Baumchen

That or a drivers backrest, would add to comfort & keep her back in PROPER seat position. Go ahead &get the comms system too so she wont lean forward to talk..........................................

I like getting hot and sweaty with my honey........

What about a "vest" with bubble wrap on your back. The backrest for the driver is a real solution.
