I called IMotorSportinc.com in IL.
I spoke with Billy in parts and reminded him that Tommy had offered
SpyderLovers members the VIP deal. It a discount plus free shipping and if you are out of state you don't pay tax. It was a good deal, definitely worth your time to call. I even ordered the bag liners, too!!! Call them and tell them you read my post!!!
Thanks Retired2012 I will be giving then a call asap and would love to see some pictures once yours have been installed
I just received a call from my dealer that my SHAD side cases, brackets and liners from
Can-Am all arrived on Friday and I'm having them installed on Tuesday so I will try to post pixs later this week!
So, how do you like them? Any pictures yet?
I know; I need to be patient.
My luggage solution has a 168.4 liter capacity and can be removed with taking off four bolts.. The reason for buying an F3s was the versatility of essentially having two Spyders while occupying one space in the garage.. The side cases are 46lt each n the top case is 52lt.. The cost was @1100$.. It came out great n I'm very happy
Tell us more. Who makes them and how did you mount them? I see a backrest in the photo so they do not appear to take up the rear seat.
Found some photos of the bags in another thread and figured I'd share. They look pretty good! Still interested in seeing other pics and getting details on how difficult they are to install. Thanks...
I finally received my SHAD bags and the liners. The bags are very spacious and durable and looked great with the bike. A full face helmet fits perfect in the bags!
Highly recommended and reasonably priced! I ordered through my dealer and had them installed.

Thanks for the pics.
I can't understand why they stick so far out and are up so high. They look to be even more extreme than the Givi setup for the RS models.
However, we might have to install a pair while we wait for Corbins!
When you get your Corbins I'll take you old shad cases and rack at half price from you. ;-)
I understand and appreciate your spirit of generosity but I could not do that to a friend - once we are finished with them they will go straight to the crusher.
They are detachable and lock on the bike.
they have liners you can buy to keep things from
falling out. I ordered the complete set. The brackets and liners arrive
today and the bags are set to arrive on Thursday

Givi makes the luggage,, I made the mounting bracket per Spyder Jim directions "easy to do"and others on this site who mounted Givi bags.. The backrest is BRP.. The side bags are 46lt and the top case is 52lt the trunk I believe is 24lt .. The luggage is the Trekker series..
The Shad setup is about the best thing goin in my opinion.. The price is right,, they hold a decent amount and they look great.. I wanted enough storage for a two week trip for me n the wifey n that's why I went my route.. I would have never considered Corbin because all their stuff is over priced and having dealt with them for 20 + years their product quality and customer service is all over the map!!! The bike I'm sitting on in my avatar has a Corbin seat on it and it was the one thing I ever ordered from them that I didn't send back..
Sorry for messy garage....Hope this helps give you an idea of how they look, the mount without bag, bag without, Shad reflector, bag attached, side and rear, with full face modular helmet. Hope to enjoy the bike with a short ride tomorrow.

Used them today and they work just fine. They aren't fiberglass like Corbin but no gaps or locking issues either, and 1/3rd the price, so yes, they work just fine for me.

If that's a messy garage I hate to think what mine is. Thanks for the pictures!
