Default Need help, Procedure to replaced the bolt for the Foot peg bolt on brake side of RT

Does somebody have the procedure to change out the foot peg bolt for the right side (brake side) of the 2014 RT?

I had the dealership put on Rivco floor boards when I purchased the bike as part of the deal. Of course, they had to remove the bolt because the Rivco floor boards do not require a bolt that long.

I just ordered web-boards floor boards for my RT and I have to put the pegs back on the bike to be able to mount the web-boards.

I need the procedure on how to remove the Right footrest support to get enough room to insert the 5 1/2 inch long bolt that the foot peg mounts on.
