Default 2016 F3 Limited XM radio

I just purchased my F3 a few months ago. It came with very vague instructions about the radio. I have a damn hard time getting channels. Do you know is this radio capable of getting XM and if so how is it done. thanks Travler

    Default XM RECEIVER

I don't think any Spyder has XM as an option ..... I'm pretty sure you have to add it to your system .... it's not difficult with a kit or expensive ....... many here have done it to their RT's ....... Mike

Yes, you do have to add the" XM radio" to your system.

I am thinking about adding the XM radio to my 2014RTS-SE6 this winter.

    Default F3T XM

I have finally started my project to add XM to my F3T. I got a slow start, but it is well on it's way now. I will post picts and explanation of how it is done. The RT I had was a breeze to add it to, in the rear trunk.

Default Existing XM subscription includes free access through phone app

A little off point, but I wear a helmet with bluetooth com unit which connects to iPhone. XM license allows use on portable devices so with the XM app I have full access to XM either wired or Bluetooth but only own 1 license which is registered to my car.
