NC helmet law

Saw this. I would never run without a helmet but for those that have not seen it, it looks like it will pass.

Always wear one, especially after my accident in 02 where the helmet saved my face.

I hadn't seen this but heard about a month ago that the mandatory helmet law would probably soon be a thing of the past. If this passes will only be 19 mandatory states. It came up last year in Ga. Didn't even come to a vote. But there are people working on it, and supporters in both our house and senate.
