They will have to do better than that. There are F3S's in this area ranging from 15k-17k. In fact, you can actually get a F3T for around 19k.

Prices vary a lot depending on where you are and the weather....Always check prices in blue book and NADA where they ask you for you zip to better help with the prices. That is why in many cases it is worth it to travel to another location for the better prices....

i saw that too, the 18.3 bid was there for some time, and it read that the reserve was NOT met, then at the end it went thru, they lowered the reserve or took best offer.
