I organized Spyders Riding Maggie Valley 2015 and 2016. Both were small events (not a rally) with a limited number of riders. SRMV was all about the magnificent rides in the Western NC mountains. The events had no vendors and was centered around structured organized rides led by experienced ride captains. Because we wanted to keep the rides small we limited the attendance. This year it was limited to 60 riders. We reached our 60 riders in March. This year's event was a huge success due in part to the great structured rides and our Barn Party and Maggie Valley dinner.

Kim, I think there was probably no communication between the organizers of the events. And if you have no idea that someone else is thinking about having an event at the same time as yours that isn't surprising. Maybe next year they will space them out a bit.

Default Great attendance at Spyder Adventures

At a guess I would say we had over 400 Spyder at Spyder Adventures, which was actually more than Spyder Quest. Mid to late October is a perfect time to ryde there in my opinion. We had a great time and was able to ryde about 500 miles the three days before the event started.
Not sure about the other events, but I will be back for it again next year.

For a first year event this went great! We even had Lamont and Joan there, which was way cool!

It's one of the best places to ride, and that is a good enough reason for me.

Default Spyder Adventures at Maggie Valley.

Sharon and I had a great time. My 2011 Spyder RSS ran like new. Saw a lot old friends and talked with them. We will go back to Maggie Valley in few weeks on the Spyder to see the changing of the leaves.
