    Default Winter Storage, Insurance, Etc..

I have been relentlessly trying to find winter storage for my RT. I first tried 2 harley dealerships (known to have decent storage) and they both told me that their storage capacity has been cut down to half and they are not taking trikes/3-wheelers. Called every public storage within a 50 miles radius and they are either ridiculously overpriced or do not have any units available...checked craigslist and local papers looking for garages for rent as well...found nothing until...

I looked outside the box and called a boat/marine dealer that also sells used bikes on the side. Also found out that they are only 2-3 miles from me. To my delight, they have a storage facility off-site 2 blocks from their business. The lady was very helpful and I will be going over there tomorrow to look at the storage facility (where they store some boats as well as their motorcycle stock for the winter). It has a cement floor, electrical outlet for use of a tender but is not climate-controlled. This is the least of my concerns, especially when I heard the price of $45/month. I was getting quoted double that at other places because it was a trike/3-wheeler and took up more room, blah blah blah! I also told her that I ride into late October/early November and concerned about if they will have room when I am ready for storage. She told me that since I called and I am interested, they will make sure I have a place...

Now my questions: She mentioned to make sure I have insurance on the bike. I have full coverage and plan on keeping it all year long. Is there some other type of coverage I need other than that if being stored off my property? Second question is adding fuel stabilizer to gas. Should I add to a full tank and ride it for a while before dropping her off so it gets through the whole system? And the last question is about the cement floor of the storage facility...will I need to go over there and move the bike (if allowed) just a tad to eliminate tire issues/flat spots? Is there a certain tire pressure for when storing in cold temperatures?

Any/all advice is appreciated but believe me when I say a huge weight has been lifted with me finding this place!

    on finding a place!!
If you carry full-coverage on your bike: you're good to go!
Fuel Stabilizer? Add it to your tank, fill the bike up, and then ride it over to where your bike will be napping for the Winter...
Concrete flooring? I cut three chunks of plywood, and covered them with some cut-up rubber car mats.
My bikes have always sat on them in my own concrete-floored garage.
