Default In Case You Haven't Seen It Yet...

Steve, From BRPcare has posted that you CAN change to an RT sprocket and belt.
You just need to get the bike hooked up to BUDS, and they can now pick which sprocket you're running!

Perhaps it's a response to the "They have RT gearing in Europe on the F3s; Why not here?"

Funny! If the F3's came with that type of gearing, I would be looking to change to the larger sprocket for the shorter gearing!

I wanted to put the larger rear sprocket on my ST when the F3s came out. Figured out really quick that the parts would fit. But was assured that there was no way to get past the speed/gear/rpm mismatch error. So now wondering if this is only on the 1330 ECM?

Perhaps BRP needs to send out a technical service bulletin to let the dealers know how to go about this. I can assure you they don't.

    Hi Bob,

How about posting a link to the post from Steve?
