Spyder, couldn't afford the Vette insurance and wouldn't be able to park it for long without worrying.

When I was about to lay out 17 g's for the Spyder, some peoples comments were that you can buy a car for that. My response? I already have a car, and I already have a bike, but niether of them compare to the Spyder. You are trying to compare apples to oranges here.

Hmmmmmmm, I'm a Cobra fan, personally. I like the Vette. But, give me a 289 FIA Cobra!

My obvious inability to answer questions like this is exactly why we have a garage full of motorcycles, a Spyder, and old cars. I never could make that kind of decision. LOL

    Let's see...

Your Spyder is about 20 minutes old, so I assume you are selling your 'Vette?!

I'd take the Spyder, unless the Vette was a '57 F.I. or a '63 split window.

Car collector insurance is $285/yr for full coverage. Spyder is 800/yr.

Wrong! I'm selling my 2007 Harley Ultra Classic with only 1000 miles on it. Great center of gravity for me but too heavy.
