WTB Hydraulic lift
Anyone know where I can buy a hydraulic lift that will hold the spyder? I have seen dozens that will hold regular 2 wheelers or smal ATV'S.
Thanks,

Spyder is only 800# Harbor Fraight have motorcycle lifts at 1,000# and 1,200# One is even compressor operated so you won't need to pump. I think $349 is the price and with a 20% off coupon, you'd walkout like you stolen it.

I got my lift from Harbor Freight for only $69.00. The best $69.00 I ever paid.

A nice thing about working on the Spyder is you can drive it up onto car ramps. Try that with a 2 wheeler!
The lift will give you more access tho, the ramps do get in the way sometimes.

You can easily drive up onto some pieces of wood to get that extra 1/8th".

It should fit. Lowest clearance on the Spyder is in the front.

I wouldn't trust any tool from Harbor freight.
Sears sells a great ATV lift - and yes it's more than the HF unit - but as with anything - you get what you pay for.

Victor,
Try here: http://www.directlift.com/procyclexlt.asp
Then I extended the side panels out with some galvinized pipes. The only other thing it needs is to add some small tabs to the ramp to make it a little wider, the front tires are only on the ramp about an inch or two each side, but it works OK like it is.
I also have a Polaris RZR S I put up on it.

You haven't had to buy enough tools yet :-) I buy the good brands when safety is at issue or when I need the tool to take a lot of wear and tear. You just can't beat the price at Harbor Freight when you need a small gadget tool that really doesn't need to "do a lot of heavy lifting".
