    OTHER THAN RIDING,IS THERE A WAY TO DRAIN THE FUEL TANK?

    Not sure about that. How old is the fuel? If it's just from the winter you should be fine with a top up of fresh fuel.
    When you put it away you can put some fuel stabilizer in the tank and eliminate the problem next time.

    Syphoning is a possibility. Be careful though and either use a bulb or fill the Tube with gasoline rather than trying to draw the gas up by mouth. Once the tube is full, lower it below the tank line, into a container.
