If she was crazy enough to try to edge him out of his lane, I wouldn't trust that type of driver behind me.

what surprises me is that the cop took his word and chased her, ok i am sure he showed the cop the video, but with the camera i have, the sena 10 c i would need a computer to prove what she did

I don't have a GoPro, but I'm increasingly convinced that I need one to document stuff just like this. All things considered I'm guessing most law enforcement might have a bias against bikes (certainly not all). Having a means to document the way so many drivers assume we're just loud bicycles and treat us accordingly might help justice get served.
Looks like his camera was on his helmet.

Sorry folks. I don't trust anyone and never assume they will let me in. On that video, I would have got in behind her and not play chicken on who's lane it is. If the left lane ended, he was wrong and should yield. If the right lane ended, she had to yield.
Just my 2 pennies.

I have to concur. I'm happy to see that justice was served so quickly against the offending party, but had the driver of the cager been even more aggressive (or a nutjob with a gun) then standing your ground wouldn't have been worth it. I would have yielded and wished quietly that the driver would been infested with fleas. Being dead right is isn't a good thing.
Still, given a loaded GoPro with video evidence against the driver, I definitely would have stopped and shown it to the officer as the bike driver did.

If often can come down to the question: "Would you rather be right; or alive and healthy"?
I'm glad that she got hers; but I would have backed-off, and given her the room that she craved.

I personally would be happy that the dude or dudette driving the cage didn't pull out a Glock and shoot you. It happens all the time these days. Courtesy is the word for the day. That and not trusting who the other person is. JMO

Is'nt it a sad world we live in. Everything is so advanced, medicines, vehicles, etc. but it looks like we're going to have to regress back to the Wild West to survive. Sad.

Kind of the Same...
I was riding the wooded back road on Belle Isle (Detroit's beautiful city park) some years ago. Going the speed limit, but a jerk in a cage came right up behind me, way too close. I did what I always do - pulled over - and let the jack-a$$ go ahead. A minute or so later, I passed him...... Pulled over by the cops. I slowed down enough to briefly eavesdrop.
The officer was saying: "...but it doesn't matter. SHE was going the speed limit. YOU were speeding...."
