Default Was able to ride spyder to work all week

This is only our second week since buying our spyder. First week I only worked 3 days, had a couple off for our anniversary, and was only able to ride one of those days because of rain. Co-workers checking it out at every break during the day. Of coarse they all liked it. This week however the weather was a little more cooperative only light rain for one day. So I rode every day which is a 30 mile round trip. I am getting 32 mpg with 349 miles on it after two weeks. Never have I ever been so excited to go to work in the morning.

Before I retired from my day jobs, I used to commute back and forth to work everyday. My car usually got 1,000 miles on it all summer. Brings back some fond memories.

Isn't it fun to show off your new toys to your colleagues?

does that 30 miles include giving rides to them all?

Just wait until you figure out how to turn that 30 mile commute, into a 150 mile round-trip, with a couple of short-cuts!

I managed to go to work on mine on Tuesday, and then headed down to Lakewood for new front tires today. Not the best weather to ride in, but I did dodge the tornado and hail on Tuesday and today was just cold and windy in the morning. My commute is 65 or 75 miles (one way) depending on which way I go. Riding the Sypder actually makes it fun to go to work.
