Actually, they're all stock accessories on the Phantom. It's not mine, it's of of the special editions (1 of 500 or so, LOL)

BRP cannot sell it that way. The Hindle has no catalytic converter, so won't meet emissions requrements, and the noise level won't meet that standard, either. That's why it says "For Racing Use Only".

I was told that due to the baffle, the hindle should pass emissions tests in most states...
Any truth to this Scotty?

Maybe noise tests, but I would be very surprised at emissions tests. They took out the catalytic converter. A baffle has nothing to do with emissions.
