Garmin 590 download

About 1 hour into download the download stopped. All kinds of warnings about do not disconnect. After 40 minutes of no activity I disconnected and tried to continue download all I get is a message says there was an error during download. I have tried a couple of ways to reconnect to no avail. Any suggestions on getting install finished? Thx in advance for help.

Call Garmin I hear they can be helpful about this type of thing.

Call Garmin I hear they can be helpful about this type of thing.

I did the same thing last winter. Called Garmin, they took control of my computer and fixed it in about 15 min.
