I'm surprised no one's said they're sporting "crotchless" undies.

FWIW, I will second this statement about LD Comfort gear. They are expensive, but I bought two pairs of these briefs before SpyderQuest last year and didn't feel a thing. They are completely seamless where it counts, avoiding any pressure points. And they'll dry overnight when you wash them.

I'm with these guys. I've had mine for 8 years now and they have been great. I used the monkey butt stuff before and it really didn't help me. I wash the LD Comfort shorts out in the sink at the motel and they do dry overnight. 2 pair lasted me 3 weeks on a route 66 trip. It's interesting that they keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Worth the money in my book.
    Love my

If you ever hafta train for long distance running or marching, you often get all sorts of advice on the various ways to 'toughen up' your feet..... So if you have underwear issues from long distance (or short distance) riding, doesn't anyone think to try the same techniques??

Sooo, has anyone tried bathing their butt in 'Epsom salts dissolved in warm water' or maybe washing with the more colourful 'Condy's Crystal' solution?? If bathing your butt in this sort of stuff works the same way as the 'getting tougher feet' advice, then bathing twice a day for a fortnight before your big ride should mean you won't ever have any 'monkey butt' or other worn butt issues - now personally, I've never tried this so I'm not positive about the truth or effectiveness of the treatment (on feet or butts!!) but if you did try it, I'm pretty sure that at the very least you'd know exactly what parts you'd treated!!

Well Deluth says theirs are guaranteed not to stink ! I think we need to put this to a test. Perhaps at a booth at the next Spyderfest.
