Default Can Am Passenger Backrest for the F3

Looking to purchase a Can Am passenger backrest for my new F3. Any input on the Detachable and the Adjustable backrests would be appreciated.

I love the detachable backrest. My wife says it's very comfortable and I can pop it off in 5 sec. if I'm riding by myself!

I got the removable BRP passenger backrest. Easy on and off and very comfortable. We got the adapters only for my husband's F3 so that we can use the backrest on either spyder.

The folks who have gone with the smoothspyder driver/passenger backrest are happy with it too. I don't think you can go wrong no matter which option you go with.

Another one for the smooth spyder backrest too! I have one. I love it when I am by myself riding and the wife loves it when riding with me.

I bought the adjustable one for my wife, she likes it, but wishes that it had a vertical adjustment since she is fairly short. We had a removable lumbar support pad built to fill in the gap at the bottom.

    Default Sold mine

BRP backrest for Spyder F3 is TOO expensive! I had bought one, used it a few times and then sold it. I built my own for $150. Custom made it to my wife's liking. Wife likes it much better!

After seeing all the positive feedback on the smoothspyder backrest. I purchased one from Jim, I made a mistake on PayPal and contacted him and he very politely got me through it. What a stand up vendor, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again.

Looks really good - exactly what I plan to mount on my F3T, but with a Harley-style Tourpak attached.
