    Default Going for it....

See you've decided to go for the F3. Good luck on the sale good time and good price. Grandmother lived in the Stanley Steamer Hotel for many years and I did get to spend a summer there and loved it. If I didn't have one would go just so I could ryde it back....

Thanks Chewy! Yeah, I'm riding the F3 for a few hours on Thursday, but suspect I'm already hooked. You should just come back out for a visit - I'm 15 minutes (10 on a Spyder ) away from the Stanely. I've got a nice basement suite I rent out (or not if you're a friend)...

    Default New Price - $8,500

I've done a little more research and have dropped the price to $7,700. One sold last week for $8,000 on EBAY and didn't have any of the upgrades I've got. I'm replacing the belt this week and just put on new front brakes and rotors, had a leaky valve cover gasket replaced and a fresh oil and filter change. This bike is ready for summer...

Lowered the price but can't seem to figure out how to change the title of this post! New Price $7,700!!!

    Hi Sue!
    How'd I miss this thread?
    Oh! I was in Missouri...
Your bike is a beauty! I'm going to send a link to this thread to my Kid.

Funny - I bought this on Ebay and flew back to Missouri to get it and rode it home! That would be different for it to go back!

    Default Belt is done

Got the belt replaced this week. I'll take it by the dealer to check for alignment and tension. Ready for the next owner and Summer. BTW - this is a great bike for someone who wants to try one but doesn't want to spend the $15,000 plus for new or semi new. It has been well cared for. Love this bike - just purchased my dream ride last Friday and it is time to move on. I will miss this one though...

I sure can understand what you're feeling...
The new bikes are better in just about every way possible; but the first ones, are the ones that lit the fire!

He hasn't called me; I'm (unfortunately) guessing that he's still "sitting heavy" on his wallet!

    I tried...

Do you have it listed on Craigslist? If not, I would suggest you do. I sold both my 2005 Goldwing and 2013 RT on Craigslist. I got only one bite on the RT, I think it was, from my listing here on the forum. Unfortunately, it seems used Spyders are not a hot commodity. There were only one or two private sales listed on the Boise Craigslist when I had mine there, and it still took weeks to get it sold.

    2014 Copper RTS

Tri-Axis bars, CB, BajaRon sway bar & shock adjusters, SpyderPop's Bumpskid, NBV peg brackets, LED headlights and modulator, Wolo trumpet air horns, trailer hitch, custom trailer harness, high mount turn signals, Custom Dynamics brake light, LED turn signal lights on mirrors, LED strip light for a dash light, garage door opener, LED lights in frunk, trunk, and saddlebags, RAM mounts and cradles for tablet (for GPS) and phone (for music), and Smooth Spyder belt tensioner.
2014 RTS , Copper! (officially Cognac)

Thanks Idaho! I'm putting it on Craigslist soon - was waiting until I got it really ready to sell. Was hoping to grab someone here who had a friend, partner etc. who wanted to ride but not spend big $$$. We'll see what Craigslist does for me. Thanks for the input!

Sending the 1st pic plus info to my son. He's been talking about one since he rode ours a few weeks ago.

Hell, if I had the cash I'd jump on it just cause of the color scheme and the way you have it set up
