What is the best way to remove stickers on saddlebags 2014 RT.................

Careful use of a hair dryer. Make it warm to the touch but not hot. I use WD-40 to remove any adhesive residue.

I use a hair dryer also to warm them and peel off easy. For the residue I use Goo Gone and you can use it on paint and not have t worry.

Take your time and pull flush to the surface and not away from it....
