Fox podium RC 2.0 rear shock
Has anyone tried this shock, # 219400577, for our F3S
Race Tech has strung me along for over a month and their rear shock still isn't ready. ...

I've got one
It is a lot better than the stock for me. My wife rides with me quite a bit and the stock shock just wasn't working for me. Once you set the preload on the Fox it is a nice ride. I am about 5' 8" and weigh about 150. Wife is close to same. Bigger folks might need a bigger spring.

The 2015 F3 has over 46,000 miles

I went with the Elka rear shock with its dual rate progressive spring set up. Been very happy with it.

I have had good luck with the Elka's on previous Spyders so went that direction. Have not ridden a F3 with the rear Fox 2.0 to compare.

Put the brp fox rear podium on after 200 miles of using the original Mexican 20$ rear shock.
the fox is a stage 5 and is very good easy to adjust slow and high speed rebound damping. On shock oil reservoir right side of bike not on the shock. Not sure where the the adjusters are on the Elka just easy for me to change when wife is on the back. Or for freeway riding.
no need for a spring change once height adjusted for 2 up weight.
now completed 4000 miles and makes the f3s handle properly as long as you set up into corner and accelerate hard out easily allows me to lift a front wheel. Puts the fun factor on. Nobody will say the original rear shock is anything but junk. I have seen better shocks on push bikes.
any stage 5 shock will improve the ride just make sure you set up all the adjustments to suit you and your riding style.
