The Sleeper Has Awakened!
Que Music: "I'm Feelin Good"
Rode the 2014 today for the first time this season. Sixty miles or so for my first ride.
Nanner started up on the first try, it has been sleeping since 11/2/15. Unplugged the battery tender, turned the key, let it boot up, pushed mode, pushed start, and vrooooooooooooooom, it started right up. It sounded real good.
I lost a little weight over the sleep time, so the riding pants and the heavy jacket with liner went on without having to suck in the gut. That felt real good too.
Going to get in as many miles as I can now before my hip surgery.
It was 45 degrees in my corridor. I went along the Knik River and found 57 degrees around the Bodenberg Loop area. The warm gloves I put on felt to much when I hit the 57 degrees, but I lived with it.
Sometimes, life is very good.

don't know if you realize it or not, but if you hang your riding duds on plastic hangers, they have a tendency to shrink, so try not to do that.
Great that you got out. Temp here today was 72, and is supposed to be that way until the end of the week.

Great White woke up a couple of weeks ago. Damn, it feels good to ryde!! The missus and I went out a few days ago, did a tour around the local beaches on Long Island Sound, then up to Bethel, CT to the Sycamore Drive In for a late lunch. They make their own root beer which is Awesome! Food is great too. Saturday night car night starts in May. Really cool cars and bikes too. Come on by!!

What Bob said. Only be sure you save it as a .gif file so that it will remain animated. Then save it in the cloud somewhere that you have control over (like your own web site or FTP space, Dropbox, Google Photos, MS Onedrive, etc.). When you upload it, upload it from the cloud URL (not from your computer) and UNcheck "Retrieve Remote File and Reference Only". That will prevent it from becoming an attachment to your post.

Dwayne, I just edited my reply above. Storing the emoticon in a forum album here will not work. (I just tried it.) It needs to be a remote URL, if you want to avoid the attachment like in Bob's message above.
I'll send this .gif file to Lamont and maybe he'll make it a forum emoticon. (I hope whomever I stole it from will not mind. )
