    Interesting... I took a pic of the locations that have been mentioned that would indicate compliance. From the emissions sticker it would appear to be compliant, but I can call BRP later and ask specifically to my VIN.

    IIRC
    Providing the same applies to Spyders as 2 wheel bikes, if the bike has at least 7,500 miles on it there should be no problem registering in CA.
