I'm going to go out on a limb, here, and guess that we are all four years older than we were, then!

Creeping
Creeping up on 61. If I don't change my habits its questionable. As long as I make it to SpyderFest 2016 I will have lived long enough to check off another bucket list item. Two weeks and four days before I leave. Headed to the Smokey Mountains, Deals Gap and Tail of the Dragon before SpyderFest.

Me and my wife are both 25 and I was thinking about this as I was on my way home tonight. I bought my spyder when I was 21, I bought one young but a medical condition always prevented me from riding a motorcycle, so the spyder was one of my only options. It was a pretty penny but worth it.
My brother and his wife are in their 20s and they have an RT-S. I've always liked hanging out with people older than myself, get to learn lots of new things that way and they are generally "better behaved", LOL. But it's nice to see that someone else in my brother's age group rides Spyders too.

I'm wondering how much of the Spyder demographics has to do with income? In my 20's, this would have been a much more difficult purchase. Having disposable income didn't really happen until my late 20's or early 30's. Usually, buying a car or paying your mortgage are your major expenses when you make the transition into becoming an adult.
You can buy a used motorcycle for 3k, so a potential 30k purchase is an entirely different event.

I am 72 and my wife is 71. We both love our Spyder. We had a 2011 RT and now a 2015 Spyder RTS. Before the Spyders we had a little 200 Yamaha. Funny story about the 2011 Spyder. We were in Florida, and my wife was getting her nails done. The owner of the salon looks out and says to his employee that the RT is a old persons ride. I mentioned some facts about it, and he said is that yours. I said yes and he started back peddling, saying nice things about it. Funny look on his face, like oh crap.
