I love the carrier and will purchase one when available. Can we get it with diamond mesh so if we forgo the box, we could still load stuff on it? I just purchased the box from Cabelas, it is on sale for only 9.95 right now. http://www.cabelas.com/catalog/produ...f5135015f0b9ea
How bad does the box block the view of the license plate? Will the LEO's have an issue with it?

The master plan is to offer aluminum diamond plate for dry bags and similar soft articles, flattened aluminum diamond mesh, and without for the dry box.
If the LEO's had any issue with hitch carriers there would be a million cars and trucks in trouble! The important thing is it doesn't block the tail light.

Dang $Day Job$ has me working 10-11 hours a day 8 days a week... pretty whipped out at the end of the day. I hope this comes to an end soon so I can finish up the first batch.

Finally delivered the machine that was making me work 8 days a week and 10-11 hours a day... whew I'm glad that's done. Back to normal hectic working hours for me . I will finish the first batch up after Spyders on the Bayou this weekend.
