WANTED: Cone Shaped Rubber Seal on Antenna

my Antenna went AWOL and jumped ship

with it was the cone shaped plastic part that seals out the rain

does anyone have an extra they are willing to part with

right now, I just have some electrical tape filling the space...
I purchased a short antenna from Pep Boys that works screwing into the stock mount

....WOW on the shipping...PROCALIBER.COM --- sells parts at discount prices, and ships free if order is $99 or over --- Do you need any oil filters, bearings etc. to make up the difference........You must register ( for free ) to get the discounted prices which show when you look up the part.................Mike

So does cheapcycleparts but he's out of luck on this part. Best bet would be to go to the dealer then. If you dealer charges you shipping then you need a new dealer.

By the way, I was missing the cover on my 2010 RT and I never had an issue in 59,000 miles.

Same thing happened to me. I went to Ace hardware and bought a flat rubber "plug" with a groove around it, drilled a small hole for the shorty antenna and pushed the plug in and it is watertight Works even better than original . Plug cost about 49 cents.
