I fixed my thermite mixer
I have a 2015 RT-S. I started to leave the house. Spyder started as usual, but halfway down the driveway the engine just quit. I tried to restart it but no joy. I didn't have time to play with it right then and there. The code P0000 was showing. I came back to it later in the day. I talked to a few people and I figured it must be the thermite mixer not working. Now getting to this item was difficult. I took two layers of tupperware off. I removed the windshield and the entire dashboard. Now this is where it got confusing because the owner's manual wasn't very clear. But I did what it said and removed the right front wheel and the rear drive wheel. Why, not a clue. Finally I removed the battery and somewhere down below i found the thermite mixer. I quickly saw the problem. Somehow the wires to this mixer got spliced into the brake light. I removed the brake light and I also removed the brake, why not. I rewired the thermite mixer. Well I got everything back together except for 5 or 6 pieces of tupperware, a few bolts and screws. I stepped back and looked at my Spyder and it looked pretty good. Except it was tipped to one side. Somehow I put a big wheel on the front right and a tiny wheel in the back I does sit lower. Oh yeah then there's the American Flag placed where the foot brake was located. But guess what, yup, it started right up. Rides a little rough.
Now can someone guess what was really wrong....Harvey Clark no telling
By the way, I did figure it out by myself!

Was your gremlin bell working? Since you had to remove the right tire, a gremlin might have bit your Spyder from that side!

Hmmmm... sounds like the thermite mixer caused a stuck kanootin valve which makes the kill switch activate, and if not taken care of immediately it will make your muffler bearings go out in the long run!!!

Sounds to me like a sure case of fuel in your gas tank OR exhaust gases leaking out of your muffler. When that happened to me, I fixed the issue by eating a large dish of ice cream.

I'm unable to make a determination of the problem because your story did not start with "But Honey, it was making this funny noise and then ..........". Had you included that, I would have known that it was due to the nitrogen you put into the tires.

It's right next to the Gonkulator under the Kanifer Valve. That should take care of it.
