    Besides; the engagement clutch Is disengaged, so leaving it in gear does nothing at all.
    The bike was in neutral, I just released the parking brake and it started when I pushed the switch.

    I have had that happen to me, but the" kill switch" was hit by mistake. My spyder was in "Neutral" and the spyder started. Deanna
