    Default 2010 RT-S Won't Start

We have a 2010 RT-S that won't start. A week ago we replaced the battery since the bike wouldn't start and bought a battery tender as well. It started this weekend with no problem. Went to start it tonight and the lights come on along with the mod screen but when you push the start button nothing happens. However there was a clicking sound when pushing the start button and received an EDB fault code. Please help.

Loose connections or could be a bad battery. Test it with a multi-meter. Could also be your charging system failed. A battery tender will not charge a discharged battery. Did you charge the battery before you installed it? What type of battery is it, AGM, wet, Lithium Ion?

Please check to make sure that everything was tightened up completely first...
(That's the easiest thing to check off of the list...)
Next; move on to trying to charge that battery up with a "Real" charger...

GOZFST is correct: Battery Tenders will maintain a battery, but aren't equipped to save one that's fully discharged.
After that; you're down to making sure that the battery itself is good. Fully charge it, and have it load-tested...
    Good luck!

The battery is an AGM. Thanks for the advice! I tightened everything down and she started. I feel like an idiot. Now I'm getting an error code 1183. Can't find it anywhere.
