Hey Folks,
First, sorry for the long post, but since this seems to be a new show to yall, I thought I'd throw some cents in. I help run the show mentioned and I run the website for the show. I happened to see some hits from this post in the site stats and have quietly been lurking along, hope that's ok. Mainly if anyone had any unanswered questions.
I hope some of yall can make it, just for me to see one of these rides in person, never seen or heard of one before this. Everybody that comes and supports the show is appreciated, and the proceeds from the show benefit a great cause, the United Methodist Childrens Home.
The Home provides support for abandoned children, unfortunate teen mothers, etc. I've had pleasure in meeting those who run the home, as well as many of the children/teens being supported by the home, I'd donate more than a day out of my life anytime to help.

With that, I'll try to give you a heads up but DONT quote ME, things like to change at the last minute. Below is a map of the church lot (outdated by Google, updated by me). The area in black in the Main Lot is where the bikers typically setup. We usually only have a handful of the same bikes show up (10 +/-), this is where they like.

BUT, there is NO real designated area. Most people like to park together -- friends, groups, clubs, etc. That's why you fill out information when you register to identify HOW you want to be judged, not where you're located to be judged. Then people are kind of free to park wherever. We learned that the hard way. So there are no guaranteed spots.
Some show up at day break, not too many, but a few, to secure a spot. Real traffic starts flowing in around 7-8, and it continues throughout the day. The Main Lot is usually close to full by around 10-11 (with judging starting at 11). If you want a full area in the 2nd lot, use the email below (before Saturday), I'll make sure it happens. We make sure both lots get attention, but of course, people tend to go to the Main Lot.
If you want to be recognized as a club, please make that known when registering. If there's no official club name, I don't care. Come up with one, Spyder Lovers, etc, just make it [consistently] known when you register (if you are waiting til the day of).
If there are any questions, email me at shawn at mobilecarshow.com.
I'll more than likely be guiding you in, I'll be the 6'5", 'bald' guy with glasses. Can't miss me.
