If the El Nino they're predicting, actually happens(which looks almost certain). Ocotillo, and for that matter, the rest of the desert will be in full bloom next spring.
El Nino....is messing with my 2016 riding plans. But, we need the water. Can only hope we get serious snow on the northern slopes too.
Identify what you have control over and find peace with what you don't.
