Default anyone mounted their GPS to F4 Customs windshield crossbar????

    Hey everyone,

I'm trying to figure out how I want to mount my GPS and am considering trying to come up with a mount that would put my GPS up on the cross bar of the F4Customs windshield. I hate having to look down at the gps and this seems like a natural location. Just curious if anyone else has had the same idea and come up with any solutions? I'm thinking about putting a RAM ball mount on t here or something along those lines.

I have a ram ball mount in the center of the handle bar and use a 12V plug wired internal to bike for power and the auto cradle from my 660 on my RT Plus I extended it from ram mount to even bring it closer to me (old and hard of seeing).. This way I can swap the 660 back and forth between my RT and F3S in a matter of moments and not have to reprogram routes into two units

Like your idea, I ran me a 12v and mounted it on my left side info pack cover. I have the handle bar mount and also the F4 windshield, going to see if the mount will fit it..

I was thinking about drilling/tapping a ram ball in the handlebar clamp as well today. I'm still looking at options. I'm having knee surgery in the morning so I'll have a few weeks to figure out something.

    Cool GPS Mount

I bought this setup from Lamonster. http://www.shopspyderlovers.com/lamo...-holder-combo/

I already had a RAM mount for my GPS. I simply use the handlebar clamp the 3" arm setup and the 1" ball.... Love it. The GPS is directly in front of my field of vision and the it doesn't block any of the gauges....
