    Default Shout Out To SpyderPops

    I had an issue with the bump skid that we got from Spyder Pops at Spyderfest. One quick phone call and we have another one on the way.

    Folks that is what I call Customer Service. Not only a Great Product but Great Customer Service as well.

    Yours and my lighted bumpskid must of failed at the same time. I also phoned this morning and talked to Harvey of Spyderpops about mine quiting on me and before I could get online to check my emails, I already had a email from Harvey telling me that one was being shipped out today with a tracking number. Now that is A+++ service. Thanks Harvey and all your employees for being a company ready to handle any situation that comes up.
