I intend on taking one for a Demo ride before I pull the trigger and have two that I'm looking at. Which is the better deal?

I didn't like the SE, but could live with it. Good luck.

Given the choice you mentioned, I'd chose the 2014 Limited in a heartbeat, because it comes with the options I'd want. But you gotta do what makes YOU happy.

The 2014 is the far better deal in my view. 600 miles is the same as zero a few months from now, the bikes are the same, and having the extras and the SE transmission is worth far more than $2000.

I own a 2014RTS-SE6 in cognac..............( I have 9,989 miles ) and I love it, because it has the 1330 ace engine, and all the extras, plus you have the power even riding 2-up.

My first spyder was a 2012RTS-SE5 ( 998 engine) what a difference between the 2 machines.

I would go for the RT with the warranty, great gas mileage( after the break-in) less trips to the dealership, quiter engine. Good luck! Let us know which spyder you choose.
