rear shock problem
As of yesterday for no apparent reason my rear shock will not hold air.
Any ideas or suggestions on what to check?

The air bag is separate from the shock. You can start at the valve under the seat, put in some air and spray some soapy water on it. The core could be loose. If not remove side panels and spray soapy water on the hose connections.

If it's not the valve core it's probably the fitting on top of the bag. Mine had a pushlock elbow which is a good fitting to use where you have good access, but not on something that you are going to bury like the airbag. I had to take mine off and submerge it to find that the pushlock fitting was leaking. I replaced it with an easy align fitting and all is good now.

It seems as if the compressor is not working. Looked at fuses, all seem to be good. A call to the dealer tomorrow to find out how long before they can look at it. I have a four year warranty and I will let them figure it out I guess.

My guess (from my own experience) is that the compressor is burnt out from constantly running. In my case this was caused by the plastic one way valve (why plastic BRP ??) in the system. Replacing mine with an aftermarket metal one way valve once new compressor is available.
