    Default Question about Corbin Seat

I am considering a Corbin seat and was wondering how easy it is to remove and reinstall the optional back rest.

    Anyone care to comment?

    Thanks in advance.

    Default Fairly Easy

If I can do it, anyone can-----and the seat is great---a way to sit in rather than on. The directions lead you through it. However, I found that the new seat latch-stim did not meet up with the latch hole-----I had to alter the stim by moving it about 3/4 of an inch. You'll like them---there is a back seat and a front seat----much better. And on mine they put in a hand prop-rod to hold the seat up----much better than the original.

    Default BackRest

Get the backrest that comes with the Corbin seat---you have a hole for the rider backrest and the passenger backrest.

Lift up rear seat, and under Back rest you will see one hex bolt,, take it out and lift back rest off and reverse for rear seat.

Thanks guy I figured it would be easy, but wanted to make sure. I did not think about checking this specifically at my dealer (they have a demo with a Corbin seat), but I really like how comfortable the set is.
