Slingshot has me curious!
I have a Slingshot and a Spyder as well. They are 2 completely different vehicles with the exception that they both have reverse trike design.
The YouTube video referenced was a test done with traction control and vehicle stability control disabled, I believe that the Spyder would likely do the same with both disabled.
The SS draws the amount of attention that the Spyder drew when it was 1st introduced. The SS does have the muffler in front of the firewall on the passenger side and does become very warm on hot, humid days, but not any more uncomfortable
than the Spyder in the same conditions. SS owners may be complaining of the heat but no one has complained of burns on their legs or ankles so far.
You should test ride a SS, if you can find a Dealer with 1 in stock, and form your own opinion.788397rs.jpgSpyder&Trailerresized1 - Copy.jpg

I may just go test drive one. But I do know I would rather buy an RT or F3 before a Slingslot!!! I wanna travel and the RT may fit the bill.

Very limited storage, no towing capacity and difficult to enter and exit the vehicle.

I own a 2013 RT LTD. I had a 2008 GS before that. I took a demo ride on a new 2014 RT when they first came out with the new 1330 engine. Recently I had a chance to ride the new Slingshot and got to test drive a demo F3 that my dealer had. All these vehicles are fun to ride. I enjoyed the slingshot. It was fun, but after getting out of it and on my RT again, I still prefer the RT over the Slingshot. Now for the fun factor! The F3 for me would be my choice. For touring though, the new RT's with the 1330's are sweet. If I had the extra cash and more garage, A new RT LTD, an F3 and a Slingshot would be a nice collection of three wheeled fun toys!
