The stiffer sway bar keeps the front end more planted in the turns and the sway is greatly reduced when riding two up.

Ron's swaybar also reduces the buffeting of the machine from crosswinds and semi trailers blowing past you (or you, blowing past them!)

With Ron's bar and a laser alignment you will probably find your Spyder is a different vehicle than the one you originally drove off the dealer lot. Hayfield is spot on about the buffeting from crosswinds and semis. I went hunting for them my first timw on the interstate and was amazed -- the Spyder tracks through truck wash like an arrow shot from a crossbow.

I recently had a ron bar installed on my 14 RT. It helps a lot, especially in the corners. I like it a lot. This is a bit off subject, but I am thinking of getting a smoove spider belt tensioner. the one's of you, that have them, do you think they are doing a good job of stopping your vibrations, and would you buy again. Thanks

Installed Ron's bar on my '11 RT and never looked back. Best money I could have spent. Haven't had time to do the same on my '14 RT but it's coming!

    Default All of the above...

But...everyone rydes differently and in different places, the best thing is to ryde yours when you get it and see how it works for you. After you have some miles under your belt think about it. I have it and love the improvement in handling for my agressive style but took a long time getting it...
