    Default J L audio amp to spyder

    I have a J L Audio amp XD400/4 and 2 speakers and a sub for the funk. HOW do I hook it up to my 2012 RT ?? It cam off a RS spyder but I did not get to see how it hooked up an no way to contact them. I have all the wires for the amp an speakers. I know where the audio plug is on my RT its on the right side under the seat. Any info will help. THX

    Default Power source

    You need a fuse block up near your front trunk, assuming that's where you are going to mount the amp. This will keep the amp separated from the bikes electrical system, as much as you can. Sub in the trunk too? As far as hooking it all to your factory stereo, I have no idea.
    The fz-1 fuze block is a nice piece. I've had mine for four years, zero problems. One of the sponsors sells these. make sure whatever fuseblock you use, can handle the power draw of that amp.

    .....Start slowly , by putting on the front shock adjusters I gave you at Spyderfest 2014......the ones I took off my own Spyder under the tree in the HOT sun. ...........Then proceed to the radio thingy.......Mike
