Your handlebars look like they are slightly turned to the right while your going straight down the road?
Is it just the camera angle?
Anyway nice Vblog.

Watch out Bob/Finless. You may very well have a "video competitor". <smiles> Nice job on this video and thanks.
Chris
I know! He even has the Sena BT backpack like I do!
I am scared
Kidding of course, the more the merrier.... It would be fun to see more people doing this!
So revjvegas, how did you mount your GoPro to your helmet? Looks a lot like where mine is (on the chin bar) but your camera angle is higher than mine even with the mods I made to the bracket..

Yup, have it on the chin.
Using the hook, or whatever that mount type is called, and a short extension to get it at the angle I need it at.
Couple pictures showing the setup.
I also have a mount on the dash using JT's Dash Mount, but didn't use it on this trip. Still working it all out.
This is how I did mine. I did not like the hook part and extension as for me it put the camera up more in my face. I wanted something more compact. So to get the camera angle up more I did some mods.

Also a tip. In the audio you can hear the pop (spaceman sounding voice) from your breath as you speak. To clean that up I moved my boom MIC below my lower lip. Sound was still good but I did not get the "spaceman" breath sound in my speaking.

Yeah, I'll have to see how much I can play with mic placement next time. I have the SRC system on the Schuberth so not exactly like the Sena. I think the Sena boom is a little bit longer giving you more flexibility on placement. We'll see; still a work in process.
I may also play around with some audio filters on the next clip and test those out to see how they work.

I'm curious, which high ris jacket are you wearing? I have been in the market for one for quite some time and still having a time choosing.

It's an Olympia. http://olympiamotosports.com/product...lide-4-jacket/
Have had it a couple years and still like it. I'm also a fan of what Tourmaster makes, but they didn't have any stock at the store we were shopping at.
It's mostly mesh, so about as good as it'll gets for ventilation.
Also, having it in the hi-vise yellow, as opposed to black, I think also helps with the jacket feeling cooler as the heat is not absorbed by the lighter color as much as a darker color.
I also truly believe that wearing a jacket vs wearing nothing will keep you cooler over all. Just think about a convection oven. It cooks by moving hot air over the food. Riding at 70 mph in the summer down here in the south moves a lot of hot air over the body. Wearing that jacket, drinking water at every stop, and wearing a wet scarf gets me though the hottest of days down here.
FYI, I had my valves checked at 14K and no shims needed!
I was going to skip doing it when I started my 14K service but due to a set screw I had to have warranty work done. Thus I just paid to have it checked at that time. Again they were spot on and no shims needed.
FYI I have to get the video edited and posted but I do have a mod to make it easier to get the air box out! But since you have JT's air cleaner it wont benefit you
