    Default SpyderFest tribute to Veterans

At the auction Saturday night, it looked
like a spontaneous tribute was extended to all the veterans in the audience. Not sure if this was planned or just one of those "spur of the moment thoughts" but it was gracious, appreciated and touching. I was one of many vets that walked to the stage and stood proudly with my fellow service brothers and sisters. I will admit a tear came to my eye and a lump swelled in my throat as others came up personally to thank us - it made the pride for my country swell in my heart.

I would love to see the pictures.....

Thanks again for this tribute to those that have served so bravely for their country.

Seemed like we had nearly half the crowd up front, and as always greatly appreciated.

, when they called for the Vets to come up it seemed like half the crowd came to the stage, i was humbled by the whole thing and got teary eyed.
