Do you have the factory floorboards on your RT? Lamont has two different models... One attaches to the boards, and the other to the frame.

I have these (Rivco), and I like the solid mount and construction of this product. They are made for RTs with factory floorboards.

Default If you like the Lamont floorboard mounted pegs...

I have a set of the FBV with all the installation parts and I'm not using them. They were used about a week and removed, I now use Lamont's NBV mounts. They do not have footpegs.

If you'd like them, you can have them for $40 plus shipping.

I have a set similar to these on my 2014 RT Limited. The pegs sit right above the curved splash guard, or whatever it's called. I'm 6'2" with a 31" inseam. I usually place my feet as far forward on the floorboards so my toes touch that splash guard. The pegs do nothing but make me raise my feet -- no stretching out whatsoever -- and that causes cramping in my hips. I consider them worthless. I would love to find a solution where the curved splash guard is done away with and the foot pegs are located lower and closer to the front wheel fenders, with enough clearance to not interfere with turning.

Used Lamonster FB brackets and used 1-1/2 spacers then I was able to use my foot pegs inward toward the Spyder body so I do not have to do the splits.
I would normally put my feet on the plastic air divert but didn't like do that in fear of it falling off.

THis mod was posted on this forum as decided that this is something that would work for me..

As some have mentioned it would bother my hips etc by doing the splits..So the closer I am to the bike body is better when cruzing the HWY.

All credit, or blame (lol), goes to forum member robmorg. He was kind enough to post the review that I provided the link to.

If you look at the pic of my Spyder in my signature you'll see the highway peg on the left side.

BTW, I had my friendly dealer, Central Florida Power Sports in Kissimmee, install them.

    Default RIVCO Pegs

I like the RIVCO pegs. I reviewed them here. (Some links don't work as the RIVCO web site is currently still down.)

Rivco the only way to go. Mine are chrome to match the chrome on my RT Limited. Very easy install. $290 plus tax installed at Spyderfest.
