    Unhappy Need Panel Clip

I am a new rider. I have a 2013 RT-Limited. The first time I checked the oil, I broke the clip in the upper right hand corner of the panel. It looks like if I could find another clip, I could just use some JB Weld and attach another clip. (I sure don't want to have to buy another panel just because of a broken clip.)

Does anyone know where I could get another clip? If there is a part number, what is it? If I can't get another clip, how could I make one?

    Please help.

Take the clip off of the bike, ride to your favorite auto parts store. They should have replacement clips. While you're there buy some extra plastic push pin locking pins and barrels also; those have a way of disappearing in the shop when you have it apart farkeling or doing maintenance.

Andy Cserny recently posted about using a product called "Plastimend" to repair this sort of damage...

If you can't mend the plastic you can use velcro instead. Put a strip along the top of the panel and on the Spyder, you won't have to worry about it falling off.

That sounds like a great solution. Thanks
