Power outlets
We can not find the power source under the left panel. Can someone tell me where it is.

You're going to be specific with the year and model of your Spyder, as it will make a difference on the answer.

Normally I would agree with you, but in case I am quite sure the OP is asking about a 2015 F3.

On a 2011 RT-S, the connector is located very close to the top of the left front shock. Lots of Tupperware to remove.

This is posted in the F3 forum so that's more than likely what the op is referring to...

I think this is over
Yes, question was on the F3, answered on this thread, I think.

When someone posts and I can't tell what kind of Spyder they have, I look at their profile and their recent posts. Usually the answer is there.

it's connected to other wires on the right side of the opening. Pretty sure it's got a white label on it.

See the attached picture. The label is seen by removing the panel below the console. The mirror must removed to get to all of the screws and attaching devices. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1426725553.353356.jpg

Sorry, you don't have to remove the mirror It is under the left service panel as recommended by others. I had this apart to install GPS, fog lights and hand warmers. The 3 right side panels had to be removed to gain access for the hand warmers.

The wire does have a white tag identifying it as an accessory lead. It is completely wrapped to the very end with black tape and the ends are dipped in a plastic water proof seal. It is tucked up above the large harness wrap just in front of the latch thumb lock.
