Hayfield came from the street I used to live on, and a need to come up with a userid on another site, once, where they discouraged multiple word userids, and Dan was already taken.

Back when I was first getting on forums around y2k for all my interests, I kept trying to come up with clever names based on the forum I was joining. Every single name I came up with gave me the same error: "The user name you are trying to register has already been taken." So, it only made sense to go with... "taken." Been using it on all my forums since. Well, except for one I joined that "taken" was taken! On that one I joined as "usernametaken."

My family (and myself are from the Phoenix area)... Glad my Pops was born in '52 or else we'd have some uncomfortable PM's going back and forth..

Gee, I just missed it by one. I'm RMM. My handle is my name without the last two letters. Not all that "original"

I LIKE the fact that some folks use their real name on forums. Keeps 'em honest! (Well, MOST of them.)

Hidding in the open
My handle was chosen so that I could remember it.
J-The first initial in my first name
C-The first initial in my middle name
Gammack-My last name
These have served me well for over 60 years. I don't live my life in a way that I need to use a "Handle". If you want to ask me something please do. I want you to know who you are asking and I would like to think that most would tell me who is asking.
Chris Gammack
You don't know what I don't know. I don't know what you don't know. All I can say is at my age what I don't know is huge.
