Default SITR it is for us!

Going to Spyders in the Redwoods, beautiful country and some fine people to meet. Look for the Lemon Yellow 2008 with two old folks on it. Being retired is great! Don't have to worry about vacation, but you do have to worry about not being paid.
If BRP takes an active role then I may attend SITS. I will, however, stay in Maggie Valley as the Fontana Village Resort is dated and in need of renovation. Maggie Valley has a good selection of motels and is better located for centralized rides around the entire area.
Maggie Valley is the perfect location for all things motorcycle related. We have a group that has been going every year for the past 7. This year we will be up there in June. I will try to make to the event in October, but that is the time that we usually do a trip up to Boone,NC and travel down the BRP. Overnight trips are usually confined to spring and we normally do day trips (400-500 miles) in the fall. Might make an exception this year.

That was SpyderQuest . . . it was great fun, lots of great people, and it looks like this year will be even better. The scenery in that area is awesome.

I might attend the Smokey Mountain Spyder Rally if I can get some more affordable accommodations? Read some posts here that weren't too positive about last year and saw what the prices were for some of event programs. Yikes!

I'll be attending Spyder Jam again this year because of the fun time I had last year in Cuba, MO at that event. Also, the GWRRA's Wing Ding in Huntsville, AL in the Fall.

I'm hoping BRP will post all the Spyder events that were submitted soon, as mentioned in their original post? One or more of those might fun to attend?

Don't know why it says "Spyder in the Redwoods"... it's "Spyders in the Redwoods"... and of course I'll be there.

Hope to see a lot of you there too!!

That's what we were hoping for... those who weren't going to come that are going to come now. We have some seriously awesome new ideas for this year and a whole new venue. In the past we haven't had a large committee and pool of volunteers, but this year we most certainly do. There are a lot of brains planning this year's event. It will be the biggest and best Spyders in the Redwoods yet!!

I am truly and deeply blessed to have so much outpouring of support and volunteerism from the Spyder Ryder of America Sacramento Chapter and many others in the Spyder community on the west coast. I just can't thank those people enough to make a dream born in my living room in December 2010 such a successful reality.

There were those who were worried that once I moved from the Bay Area to Salt Lake that Spyders in the Redwoods was going away. A lot of people have stepped up and it's going to be better than ever.

See you all that can be there in August!! Safe travels!!

Coming down from Minnesota, we rode through a ton of that severe weather. Just glad there was no tornados in our path.

sorry if you are offended....a honest mistake......on checking to see if I could edit...and I can't.....what happened was BRPcare listed it that way and I just copied and pasted.....
